We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Oh and by a closer look, the technique you use to make part of the "wings" transparent by using a different thickness of a grid-like design is very good. I think i might try that myself... you did a great piece as usual
